About Dr. Alana Augar

Dr. Alana Augar is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a Physician at Midtown OBGYN and an OB/GYN Resident Physician at Creighton University. Dr. Alana completed a BSc in Biology at the University of Arizona in 2016 and a DO from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020.

Dr. Augar provides services including High-Risk Pregnancy, Endometriosis Treatment, Prenatal Care, and Menopausal Care. She completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Creighton University School of Medicine-Phoenix. Dr. Augar is affiliated with Banner–University Medical Center Phoenix and St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Alana served as a Post-Surgery Care Unit assistant at Paradise Valley Hospital in 2013 and a Lab Research Assistant at Phoenix Biomedical Center, University of Arizona in 2014. She also served as a Lab Research Assistant at Whiteman Lab from 2015 to 2016 and a Scholar Advisor at Envision in 2017. Dr. Alana has been a Program Coordinator at Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services Center since 2012.

Dr. Augar was on the Dean's List with Distinction by the University of Arizona in 2014. She was recognized as the Board of Regents High Honors Scholarship in 2013 and the National Society for Collegian Scholars in 2014.
