About Dr. Aykut Bayrak

Dr. Aykut Bayrak is a board-certified obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, Infertility Specialist, Founder, and Medical Director of LA IVF, a group of fertility clinics in Southern California. He earned her MD in 1995 and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. He also completed a FACOG degree. He provides a wide range of treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, Third-party reproduction, and Egg Freezing.

Dr. Bayrak served as a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York Methodist Hospital – The Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. He is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI), the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS), and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL).

Dr. Aykut has won the “Prize Paper” of The Brooklyn Gynecological Society. He was selected as “Best Resident” by the Physicians Alumni Association and in the subsequent year awarded the “Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures Award” in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. He won the “Prize Paper Award” of the 51st Annual Meeting of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society and he was awarded The Pacific Coast Obstetrical and Gynecological Society’s Frank.

Dr. Aykut has received the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for Reproductive Endocrinology, and Infertility Fellowship Research Prize Paper Award. He received the European Society for Photobiology Fellowship Award, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society Award, and the Cook, and Davajan In-Training Award. He was selected as one of the “Top Fertility Specialists” and named the “Doctors’ Doctor”. He reported the first baby born in Southern California through a genetically tested frozen egg in 2010.
