Dr. Blake Evans is a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and Infertility Specialist at OU Physicians Reproductive Medicine. He completed a BS in Physiology from the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater in 2009, and a DO from the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Science in 2013. He also earned a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the National Institutes of Health in 2020 and a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Oklahoma State University Medical Center in 2020.
Dr. Evans provides services including In-vitro fertilization, Recurrent pregnancy loss, Reproductive surgery, and Donor egg. He received the Faculty Teaching Award from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2021 and 2022 and a Fertility and Sterility Interactive Associate of the Year from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine annual conference. Baltimore in 2021. He received the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Chair Award in appreciation for outstanding service at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine annual conference in 2021.
Dr. Blake received the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology-Donald F. Richardson Memorial Prize Paper Award in 2020, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology-Armed Forces District Founder’s Award in 2019. Dr. Evans also received the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Corporate Member Council In-Training Travel Award in 2018, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology-Armed Forces District Host Award in 2018.
Dr. Evans received the Departmental Research Award from the Oklahoma State University Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2015, 2016, and 2017. He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, and the American Medical Association.
