Dr. Cassandra Roeca

Dr. Roeca provides services including In Vitro Fertilization, Fertility preservation, Preimplantation Genetic Testing, and Ovulation Induction. She completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in 2017. She served as a Research Assistant at the Integrative Physiology of Aging Laboratory from 2004 to 2007 and at Boulder Neurosurgical Assoc from 2005 to 2007. Dr. Cassandra was an Inside Sales Representative at Agilent Technologies in 2008 and an OBGYN Resident Physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital from 2013 to 2017.

Dr. Cassandra was also a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellow at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from 2017 to 2020. She received the Castle Connolly Rising Star Award in 2024, and a Fertility Preservation Special Interest Group Prize Paper from the ASRM in 2022. Dr. Roeca received the Eman and Goldstein Pediatric Gynecology Award from the Brigham and Women’s/Boston Children’s Hospital, and the President’s Presenter’s Award from the Society of Reproductive Investigation.

Dr. Roeca also received the Corporate Member Counsel In-Training Travel Award from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She is a member of the Colorado Fertility Advocates, the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the American Medical Association, and the Oncofertility Consortium.
