About Dr. Christina Boots
Dr. Christina Boots is a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and Infertility Specialist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been a Physician and Clinical Assistant Professor at Northwestern Fertility and Reproductive Medicine since 2016. She earned an MD from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 2009 and a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of Chicago Hospitals in 2013. She later completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility from Washington University in St Louis, Barnes Jewish Hospital in 2016, and an MSCI from Northwestern University in 2018.
Dr. Boots provides various treatments, including In Vitro Fertilization, Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection, Intrauterine insemination (IUI), and Ovulation Induction. She was a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Chicago from 2009 to 2013. She is a member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive (Gynecologic) Investigation, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society, and the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Dr. Christina received the Star Reviewer Award, Fertility, and Sterility in 2021 and 2023, the Northwestern University Medical Student Teaching Award from Northwestern University in 2020, and the Excellence in Teaching Award, from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2019. She was a Contraception and Infertility Research Grant at the National Institute of Health in 2019
Dr. Boots is also the Associate Program Director of Education for the REI Fellowship program and Research Co-Director for OB/GYN residents. She has been Chair of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine- Nutrition Special Interest Group and Women's Council since 2023, and the Editorial Board Member of Fertility Sterility since 2019.
