Dr. Christina Pardo

Dr. Pardo completed a BS in 2004 from Howard University and a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health in 2008. She also earned an MD from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University in 2009. She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2013. Dr. Christina is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Christina received the James Mahoney MD Hero Award from Downstate Health Sciences University and a Health Award from the New York State Association of Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic & Asian Legislators Annual Conference, Albany in 2023. She received the Teacher of the Year in Graduate Medical Education award from SUNY Downstate, Brooklyn in 2020, and the SASGOG Faculty Award from Stonybrook Medicine in 2018.

Dr. Christina served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stony Brook University Hospital from 2013 to 2018. She was also an Assistant Professor and Director of Global Women's Health from 2018 to 2020 and a Vice Chair, Quality & Innovation & Director of Health Equity from 2020 to 2023 at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
