About Dr. Elizabeth Puscheck

Dr. Elizabeth Puscheck is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, reproductive endocrinologist, and infertility Specialist in Chicago. She earned an MS in Human Biology in 1985 from the University of Chicago and an MD from the University Medical School in St. Louis in 1987. She later completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the Medical College of Georgia in 1993 and an MBA in Healthcare and Health Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2016. She provides treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and Egg Freezing.

Dr. Puscheck served as an Intern, Resident, and Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Barnes Hospital from 1987 to 1991, and as a Faculty at Northwestern University. She was also a Resident at Detroit Medical Center from 2011 to 2017. She has been a Professor and Division Director of Reproductive Endocrine and Infertility at Wayne State University School of Medicine and Wayne State University Physicians Group since 2000 and a Physician at InVia Fertility since 2017. She is the CEO of Reproductive Stress 3M.

Dr. Elizabeth received the APGO Excellence in Teaching Award in 1999, the Scholarship Award from Northwestern University Medical Women's Faculty Organization to attend the AAMC Professional Development Seminar for Junior Women Faculty in 1999, and the Honored member of Strathmore's Who's Who Millennium Edition in 2000-01. She received the 1st Prize Poster at the ASRM Annual Meeting in 2002, the International Health Professional of the Year in 2007, and the America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists, 2008 Edition. She was Consumer's Research Council of America, Washington, in 2009, received the “Compassionate Doctor Award”, American Registry, LLC.

Dr. Puscheck is the “TOP DOCTOR”, Global Director of Who honoring 2011-present, the Executives and professionals based on contributions made in Obstetrics & Gynecology 2011-present, and received the “William Heath Byford Award” from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in Resident Alumni Day. She received the ASRM Star Award, Awarded to reproductive health professionals who have presented at least 9 of the last 10 ASRM Annual Meetings from 2013 to 2020.
