Dr. Girija Wagh

Dr. Wagh served as a Professor and Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical College, Pune, and an Assistant Coordinator of the National Eclampsia Registry FOGSI-ICOG. She currently serves as a Consultant Gynaecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon at Primrose Wellness & Care, Kothrud, Pune. She is also a Consultant Obstetrician-Gynecologist at Apollo Hospital, Saras Baug, Cloudnine Hospital, SB Road, and Bharati Hospitals located in Katraj, Pune. Her areas of expertise include high-risk obstetrics, fertility, Gestational diabetes, Hypertensive disorders, Recurrent pregnancy loss, Cervical cerclage, Infertility treatment, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ISCI), Intrauterine insemination, Hysterectomy, Fibroid removal, and Endometriosis surgeries.

Dr. Girija is a member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), the Association of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists of Delhi (AOGD), and the Pune Obstetric and Gynaecological Society (POGS). She also serves on the Steering Committee for the Organization Gestosis and as a member of the CSB PCPNDT Act GOI, as well as the Governing Council of ICOG.
