About Dr. James Nodler

Dr. James Nodler has been a Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist by the American Board of Obstetrician Gynecologists and Site Director at CCRM Fertility of Houston since 2015. He earned a BA in Biology from the University of Texas, Austin in 2004, and an MD from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in 2008. He also completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston in 2015, and a FACOG.

Dr. Nodler provides treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and Egg freezing. He served as a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2008 to 2012. He was also a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School and a Visiting Scientist at Boston Children’s Hospital from 2012 to 2015. He is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

Dr. James has been named a “Rising Star Super Doc” by Texas Monthly magazine, an honor given to only 2.5 percent of doctors in the state. He was also named a Top Doctor by Houstonia and H-Texas magazines and voted to be one of the Top 3 Physicians in Houston regardless of specialty by The Leader magazine. He was a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2021-2024. He currently serves as the president of the Houston Gynecologic and Obstetric Society. He has received research grants from Harvard Medical School, the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the New England Fertility Society.
