About Dr. Jennifer Kawwass
Dr. Jennifer Kawwass is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist in Downtown and Druid Hills in Atlanta. She earned a BS in Biology in 2003 at Davidson College and an MD from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Kawwass also completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University in 2014.
Dr. Kawwass completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University School of Medicine in 2011. Her areas of interest include In vitro fertilization (IVF), Fertility Preservation, Third party reproduction, and Reproductive endocrine disorders. Dr. Jennifer has been a Medical Director, Division Director, Professor, and Reproductive Endocrinologist at the Emory Reproductive Center since 2014.
Dr. Jennifer was a Clinical Director at Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology from 2018 to 2022. She has been a Guest Researcher at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since 2012. Dr. Kawwass is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the National ART Surveillance Team and on Research and Registry Committees at the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology.
Dr. Kawwass received the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Mentor of the Year award in 2020 and was honored with the 2022 MD Early Achievement Award from the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
