About Dr. Jessica Selter
Dr. Jessica Selter is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and board-eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She currently practices at Shady Grove Fertility’s K Street office in Washington, D.C. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Duke University and conducted research at the National Institutes of Health before earning her medical degree with distinction from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Selter completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Medical Center/NY Presbyterian Hospital and later pursued a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Duke University Medical Center. She specializes in Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), Ovarian aging, Male factor infertility, and Egg freezing. Dr. Jessica is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Jessica received the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society Merit Award in 2023 and the Midwest Reproductive Symposium International Award in 2021. She was honored with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Corporate Member Council In Training Award in 2019. She was honored with the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 2016. Dr. Selter was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society at Duke University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2010.
