Dr. Jigyasa Govil

Dr. Govil earned her MBBS in 1999 from the prestigious King George Medical College in Lucknow. She then went on to complete her MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad, in 2003. Further honing her skills, Dr. Govil acquired a Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery from Kiel and Giessen in Germany. Lastly, in 2020, she became a Fellow of the Indian College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Over the years, Dr. Govil has amassed a wealth of experience. She served as a Consultant at Lady Hardinge Medical College from 2003 to 2006, followed by a stint at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals until 2007. She has also worked at the Community Health Center in Dadri for 3 years. Her expertise includes treatments and services like High-Risk Pregnancy Care, Abortion by Pills/Surgical, Normal Delivery, and Laparoscopic Surgery, among others.

Dr. Govil's accomplishments in the field are noteworthy. She was honored with the Fellow of Indian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists award in 2020. She is also an active member of several esteemed medical societies such as the Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), the Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopist (IAGE), the Indian Fertility Society (IFS), and the Delhi Gynaecological Endoscopic Society (DGES).
