About Dr. Kate Devine
Dr. Kate Devine is a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and Infertility Specialist. She is a Medical Director and Chief Research Officer at Shady Grove Fertility. She is a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at George Washington University. She earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy with a pre-medical concentration from Columbia University and an MD with distinction in ovarian cancer research from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Devine completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institutes of Health.
Dr. Devine provides services including Infertility Diagnosis and Treatment of infertility, Ovulatory Dysfunction, Egg Freezing, and Ovarian Aging. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the New York University School of Medicine. She has also been an invited lecturer at NIH educational programs and courses. Dr. Kate is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
Dr. Kate has received the Traveling Scholars Award from the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Outstanding Resident/Fellow Research Award from the New York Obstetrical. She was honored with the ASRM’s Ira and Ester Rosenwaks New Investigator Award in 2023 and recognized as a Washingtonian magazine Top Doctor from 2021 to 2024. Dr. Devine was also named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2022, 2023, and 2025. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
