Dr. Linda Nelson has been a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist at Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists since 2015. She is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. She earned a PhD in Physiological Psychology from the University Of California, Los Angeles in 1985, and an MD from the University of Miami in 1987. She later completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the University of California, San Francisco in 1995, and an NIH NRSA Predoctoral and Postdoctoral Fellowship from UCLA and UCSF. She also completed a FACOG degree.
Dr. Nelson provides treatments including In Vitro Fertilization, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and Egg Freezing. She served as a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles from 1987 to 1991. She was a Faculty Member of the University of Illinois in Chicago and the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Linda has been named a Castle Connelly “Regional Top Doctor” and received the Faculty Teaching Award Recipient in 2014 and 2015. She serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the scientific Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Medical Education Presentation. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the AAMC National Committee on Disorders of Sexual Development, and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
