Dr. Luis S. Noble has been the Medical Director and Founder of Southwest Center for Reproductive Health in El Paso since 1996 and a Clinical Associate Professor in Reproductive Endocrinology at Texas Tech University since 1997. He completed an MD from the ITESM-EMIS medical school in Monterrey, Mexico in 1987 and a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1996. He also earned a Research Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Baylor College of Medicine In Houston, Texas in 1989 and a FACOG.
Dr. Noble provides services including In Vitro Fertilization, Uterine fibroid, Endometriosis, and Congenital uterine anomalies. He completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University in 1994 and a Family Medicine Residency Program at Methodist Hospitals Dallas in 1991. He was recognized with prize papers from the Society for Gynecologic Investigation and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
