Dr. Lyla M. Wagley has been the Laboratory Director of Embryology at Southwest Center for Reproductive Health in El Paso since 2004. She completed a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of New Mexico and an MS in Reproductive Physiology from Utah State University.
