Dr. Michael D. Fox is a board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, Infertility Specialist, and Medical Director at Advanced Reproductive Specialists / Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine. He completed an MD in 1987 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He provides services including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intrauterine Inseminations, Gender Selection, and Ovulation Induction.

Dr. Fox served as an Intern in Internal Medicine Resident at the University of South Alabama in Mobile and a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Mississippi in 1992. He has authored chapters in several OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology texts on such subjects as Endometriosis, the treatment of Female Infertility, and the treatment of Male Associated Infertility.
