About Dr. Michele Hakimian
Dr. Michele Hakimian is a board-certified gynecologist and co-founder at Progressive Care for Women in downtown Chicago. She brings over 20 years of experience to the practice. She is also a Physician at Northwestern Medical Group and an Assistant Professor at the Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Michele completed a BA from Northwestern University and an MD from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine in 1993.
Dr. Hakimian has a special interest in the menopausal transition, abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive surgery, and hysteroscopic polyp removal. She completed a Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Advocate Health Care in 1997. She also has advanced training in spider vein treatments.
