About Dr. Natalie Crawford
Dr. Natalie Crawford has been a double board-certified Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, Infertility Specialist, and Co-Founder of Fora Fertility since 2020. She earned a BS in Nutrition Sciences in 2004 from Auburn University and an MD in 2008 from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas. She also completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and an MS in Clinical Research from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2016.
Dr. Crawford provides services including Ovulation Induction, In vitro fertilization (IVF), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), and Frozen embryo transfer. She was an Intern in Emergency Medicine and a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern from 2009 to 2013. She is a Clinical Professor of Women’s Health at the University of Texas Dell Medical School. She is co-founder and CEO of Pinnacle: Women in Medicine, which promotes community and leadership for women in medicine.
