Dr. Orhan Bukulmez

Dr. Bukulmez served as a Resident in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Hacettepe University from 1990 to 1994, at Yale University School of Medicine from 1995 to 1996, and at George Washington University School of Medicine in 1997. He was a Resident in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Ankara School of Medicine from 1989 to 1990, at Southern Illinois University from 2001 to 2002, and at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine from 2002 to 2004. He was also a Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Medical Director of the IVF and Egg Donation programs at the University of Florida from 2007 to 2010.

Dr. Orhan received the Best Doctor Award from 2019 to 2022 by D Magazine and Texas Super Doctor from 2015 to 2020 by Texas Monthly. He was recognized as the Mom-Approved OBGYN, Midwives, and Fertility Specialist in 2020 by Collin Child Magazine. He received the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Star Award from 2018 to 2019 from the ASRM Scientific Congress & Expo and

Excellence in Teaching Award in 2010 from the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Florida College of Medicine. He received the Golden Apple Award 2010, J. Lee Dockery M.D. Teaching Cup 2009, and Exemplary Teacher Award 2009 from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Florida.

Dr. Bukulmez received the CREOG Faculty Award for Excellence in Resident Education in 2008, from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Florida, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). He received the Academic Excellence Award 2004 and the Catherine H. Arnaud Award 2004 from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He received the Berlex Best Teaching Resident Award in 2002 from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He received the CREOG Examination Award in 2002 from Southern Illinois University. He was also the Top Scorer in 1990 at the Turkish Medical Residency Entrance Examination for Basic and Medical Sciences.

Dr. Orhan received the Championship Award in 1989 from the Turkish Journal of Clinical Sciences, Professor Dr. Ihsan Dogramaci Prize in 1989, and Professor Dr. Seref Zieli Award in 1987 from the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine Department of Internal Medicine. He is an Associate Editor of Reproductive Sciences and serves on the editorial board of The Turkish Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and the Society for Reproductive Investigation.
