About Dr. Paul R. Shin
Dr. Paul R. Shin is a board-certified urologist specializing in male infertility at Shady Grove Fertility. He earned his undergraduate degree with distinction in biology and his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1997. He also earned a fellowship in male infertility at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's Glickman Urological Institute in 2003. Dr. Shin completed a general surgery internship at Emory University Hospitals and Clinics and a urology residency at the University of Virginia in 2002.
Dr. Shin provides treatments including Infertility Treatments, Vasectomy, Sexual Dysfunction, and Male Factor Infertility. He was on the Executive Board of the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction (SSMR) and as Program Chair for the 2012 SSMR meeting. He served on the Strategic Planning Committee for the American Society of Andrology meeting in 2014. Dr. Paul has served on the Urology Care Foundation’s Reproductive and Sexual Health Committee since 2014.

Dr. Shin is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society of Andrology, the American Urological Association, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology, and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction. Dr. Paul was a co-author of the award-winning video "Robotic Assisted Vasovasotomy" recognized by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine in 2003.
