Dr. Pavna K. Brahma

Dr. Brahma provides services including In vitro fertilization, Recurrent pregnancy loss, Fertility preservation, and Polycystic ovary syndrome. She has been an IVF Director at Shady Grove Fertility in Buckhead and Atlanta since 2019. She is also a Physician at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Dr. Brahma was on the Jewish Fertility Foundation Medical Advisory Board from 2021 to 2023.

Dr. Pavna is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, the Women in Healthcare Committee, the Georgia Obstetrical and Gynecological Society, the Norman F. Miller Society, the University of Michigan.

Dr. Brahma is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was the Castle Connolly Top Doctor (2020-2025) and an Atlanta Magazine’s Top Doctor (2020-2024). She has also been named a Mom-Approved Fertility Specialist by Atlanta Parent (2022-2024) and listed among Castle Connolly’s Exceptional Women in Medicine (2020-2024).

Dr. Pavna received the J. Robert Willson Award (2003), Bronze Beeper Award (2006), and Golden Apple Teaching Award (2007) from the University of Michigan. She received an NIH Research Grant (2007-2009) for contraception and infertility research, the Prize Paper Award in Reproductive Immunology (2009) from ASRM, and the Basic Science Research Award (2010) from Emory University.
