Dr. Samuel J Chantilis is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Infertility Specialist, Medical Director, and Practice Manager at Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates. He completed an MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1987 and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the UT Southwestern Medical School.
