Dr. Stanley Friedell

Dr. Stanley completed his MD from the University of Illinois. He then earned his BS in Biology with University Honors at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He then pursued his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University, where he excelled and served as the Chief Administrative Resident from 1988 to 1989. Dr. Stanley’s extensive work experience, including serving as the President of the University of Chicago AMSA Chapter from 1984 to 1985

Dr. Friedell's commitment to quality healthcare is evident through his involvement in various committees. He has been a part of the Gynecology Quality Management Committee since 2014 and the Department of OBGYN Quality Management Committee since 2015. With a wide range of expertise, Dr. Friedell offers treatments for various gynecological conditions, including abnormal Pap smears, abnormal uterine bleeding, and hysterectomies.

Dr. Friedell has been recognized as a Vitals Compassionate Doctor - 5 Year Honoree twice, from 2009 to 2013 and again from 2011 to 2015. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Medical Association.
