About Dr. Valerie Libby
Dr. Valerie Libby has been a fertility doctor at Shady Grove Fertility in Atlanta and Buckhead since 2020. She completed a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 and a Master of Public Health from the George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health in 2009. Dr. Libby then earned an MD in 2013 from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2017 at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Libby also completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in 2020. She provides treatments and services including In vitro fertilization, Male factor infertility, Ovarian aging, and Polycystic ovary syndrome. Dr. Libby is board certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology, and Infertility.
Dr. Libby has received the Award for Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center. She received the In-Training Travel Award and was a Prize Paper Candidate in 2018 from American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Valerie was a Castle Connolly Top Doctor (2024-2025) and the Atlanta Magazine’s Top Doctors (2022-2024) and was named a Mom-Approved Fertility Specialist by Atlanta Parent Magazine (2023).
