Dr. Vijayalakshmi G Pillai

Dr. Vijayalakshmi G Pillai's journey in the medical field began at Calicut Medical College where she obtained her MBBS degree from and went on to complete her DGO from Kasturba Medical College in 1986. She further went on to pursue a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Embryology from Gasthuisberg University.

Over the course of her illustrious career, Dr. Pillai has held significant positions at esteemed institutions. She served as a Recognized Teacher/Guide for undergraduate students and postgraduate residents at Kuwait University and its attached hospital, Maternity Hospital Kuwait, from 1991 to 2000. Subsequently, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Maternity Hospital Kuwait and as an ART Consultant at Kuwait Hospital, AlOrf Medical Center, from 2002 to 2007. Dr. Pillai's exceptional dedication and expertise led her to establish the Vijayalakshmi Medical Centre in 2007, where she serves as the Chief Gynecologist, Obstetrician, Infertologist, and Laparoscopic Surgeon, as well as the Founder and Medical Director.

Dr. Vijayalakshmi G Pillai holds an active membership in esteemed medical organizations, including the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
