Dr. Madanki is currently a Gynaecologist and Infertility Specialist at Care IVF in Kolkata. She provides a wide range of services including Unexplained infertility, Psychosocial aspects of Infertility, Psychological Counselling, Infertility Counselling, Infertility treatment, Ultrasonography, and Minimal Access Therapy. She was a faculty of the ISAR Kolkata - Counselling after Failed IUI in 2018, Faculty of the Annual Conference AICC RCOG, Communication Skills A holy Grail in 2017, and Delegate at ISAR, Ahmedabad in 2014. She did Semen analysis and preparation for IUI from CME Durgapur in 2012, presented a Paper on “Do Smoking Mothers Have Lesser Bleeding during Labour?” at the 8th European Meeting of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in Training, Paris in 1998, and has the Getting Audit Right of the Singleton Hospital, Swansea in 1999. She also presented a paper on TCRE vs Hysterectomy - Victoria Hospital in 1997, and Modern Management of Ovarian Ca-Queen’s Hospital in 1996.
